Mission of a TNT Charm Bar Stylist:
Facilitate a fun and memorable shopping experience. Each bestie should leave feeling like their TNT experience was the best part of their day.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Charm Bar Stylist to support our mobile jewelry brand at various pop-up events and markets. This role is perfect for a social, detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Logistics: Arrive 30 minutes early to set up a 6-foot table and jewelry display; pack up efficiently at the end of each event.
- Customer Engagement: Greet every passerby in an audible, cheerful tone and assist "besties" in curating jewelry stacks or gift selections.
- Customization: Use pliers and jump rings to accurately and quickly assemble custom charm pieces on-site.
- Sales & Operations: Learn product names, manage transactions via POS, announce daily specials, and encourage social media follows, online orders, and booking for private events.
- Visual Standards: Maintain a consistently aesthetically pleasing table layout and keep products restocked throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with consistent transportation to various venues.
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with the TNT Goods brand and product line.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle high-volume market environments.
Ideal Stylist
We operate with integrity and a "no customers, only friends" philosophy. Our ideal stylist is:

- Proactive & Punctual: Always set up 5 minutes before the official start time. Efficiently creates custom charm pieces.
- Professional: Maintains a more than casual dress code and refrains from personal cell phone use during events.
- Joyful: Naturally smiles and brings warmth to every interaction.
Compensation & Success
- Compensation: Flat rate of $100 per independent 4 to 5-hour pop-up event (training rates vary).
- Success Metrics: Success is measured by your ability to work independently, make meaningful connections, exceed sales goals, and ensure every TNT Bestie leaves feeling like their TNT experience was the best part of their day.
