Confirmation Notification

After placing your order, you should receive a notification via e-mail or text (given the contact information you provided at checkout). If you have not received a confirmation notification, please check your spam. We recommend providing your e-mail address and cell phone number at checkout to ensure that we can reach you if we have any questions.

Jewelry Care: 

It is important to gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth after each use. We recommend removing your jewelry when swimming, sleeping, bathing, or before applying oils, lotions, and perfumes for optimal longevity.

Processing Time

Please allow for 3-5 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Business days do not include Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping 

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail or text notification with the tracking number. Please check your spam if you cannot find the e-mail. 

Unless otherwise specified, we use USPS First Class shipping. You can use your tracking number to see shipping updates via USPS tracking system. Please be advised that USPS has reported delays in shipping due to COVID-19. If you have any issues with package delivery, please contact USPS for more information. 

Express Shipping 

If you need your package shipped express, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Please contact us at shoptntgoods@gmail.com prior to placing your order to ensure that USPS will be able to accommodate your request.

Wrong Address

If you have entered the incorrect address when placing your order, please e-mail us at shoptntgoods@gmail.com as soon as possible with the correct address. If we have mailed your package prior to receiving the correction, we are not responsible for replacing your item(s) or refunding the shipping cost. 

Local Delivery

We are not offering local delivery at this time. If you are in Nashville and need your order sooner, please contact us at shoptntgoods@gmail.com

International Shipping 

We are not offering international shipping at this time. 

Handmade Home Decor Restock

We are working diligently to restock our one-of-a-kind handmade items. If you would like to be notified when we restock, please make sure to sign up for our e-mail list or shoot us an e-mail at shoptntgoods@gmail.com and we will add you!

Custom Necklaces

If you place an order for our Who, Me? or Sincerely Yours Custom Necklaces, please allow up to 6 weeks for your necklace to be made and shipped. If you placed an order that includes a custom necklace and other items, but would like your other items to ship first -- please contact us at shoptntgoods@gmail.com. Separating your order requires additional shipping costs that can be invoiced.
